By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method in accordance with the subscription terms presented at checkout.

When a subscription expires or is cancelled, access to premium subscription features may end at the conclusion of the paid billing period.
Subscription benefits are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred or resold.
11. Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation generally prevents future renewals but does not automatically terminate access for the remainder of an already-paid billing period.

12. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors, app stores or payment platforms.
Depending on the platform and country, these may include payment card providers, Google Play, Apple App Store, Stripe, PayPal or other payment providers.
We do not control the independent terms and policies of third-party payment providers.
When you purchase through a third-party platform, additional terms imposed by that platform may apply to your transaction.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is valid and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
13. Prices and Taxes
Prices for paid Services are displayed before purchase and may change from time to time.
Price changes will not retroactively alter completed purchases.

For automatically renewing subscriptions, changes to future subscription pricing will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of the relevant payment platform.

Google and Apple are not responsible for providing Esoterica Astrology’s independent services except to the extent required under their respective platform terms or applicable law.
Purchases, subscriptions, cancellations and refunds processed by an app store may be governed by that store’s applicable policies.
22. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable access to Esoterica Astrology but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Services may occasionally become unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- software updates;
- server problems;
- telecommunications failures;
- third-party service interruptions;
- security incidents;

ESOTERICA ASTROLOGY DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THAT ANY HOROSCOPE, FORECAST, NATAL CHART INTERPRETATION, SYNASTRY ANALYSIS, COMPATIBILITY REPORT, TRANSIT INTERPRETATION, PREDICTION OR OTHER ASTROLOGICAL CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR THAT A PREDICTED EVENT WILL OCCUR.
Different astrologers, systems, traditions, house systems or interpretative methods may produce different conclusions from the same astrological data.
Use of the Services therefore remains at your discretion.
24. Decisions Based on Astrology Content
You should not make important medical, psychological, legal, financial, employment, relationship, safety or other major life decisions solely on the basis of astrological content provided through the Services.
Any action you choose to take after receiving astrological information remains your own decision and responsibility.
